i will take commissions from friends/mutuals, if time allows

process

i work in three stages:

✧ lining stage
🟆 colouring/final touchesafter collecting commission details, i will work on the sketch + send WIPs periodically
the sketch stage has the most communication
there is no limit to revisions in this stage, please make full use of this
after confirmation there is no need for further revisions, i will quote the price + send the invoiceafter the sketch WIP has been greenlit + invoice paid, i will move on to the lining stage
typically, i will not send WIPs at this stage
i will not do any revisions to lineartafter lining is completed, i will work on colours/details
this includes any text/decorations/backgrounds
i will send WIPs for colours/layouts

refunds

if you need a refund, please contact me so we can work out a solutionrefunds are based on commission work completed
if a refund is requested for custom work, i will fully refund + sell the design myself, with alterations🟆 50% refund after sketch (50% completed)
✧ 25% refund after lining (75% completed)
🟆 no refund at/after colouring (+90% completed)

rights

any and all artwork made by me is copyright to meplease use the appropriate credit if reposting
do not repost or use if you have not commissioned the artworkplease do not repost my personal art

print them off for hanging / book covers / etc
use as icons / ids / wallpapers /
use for roleplaying non-commercially
repost them on social media / art sites with credit

claim the art as your own
sell the artwork as merchandise
trace or heavily reference it publicly
edit the artwork yourself

PAYMENT

i accept payment through Paypal and in CAD/USD
payment plans can be determined for high-price designs, and will be done via a Paypal invoice
with partial payments enabled

my designs are sold on a first come, first served basis
if a design is claimed at the same time by more than one person, i will use a RNG to select a buyerclaiming a design will put it on hold for 24hr
i will prompt once if i don't hear back within 24hr - if no response is given, the design will be put back up for sale
repeatedly ghosting after claiming a design will result in a ban

abuse

if you miss out on a design, do not heckle, slander or otherwise publicly complain about myself or the new owner
this is a zero-tolerance policy

ownership

designs may be resold for the original price paid + any paid work made for the designgifting/trading is always acceptable
a design cannot be resold with its original value included after being gifted/traded it
this also applies to vouchers as wellif i am directed to a user trying to profit off my designs, i will request that the price be fixed
ignoring this request will result in a public warning + ban

artwork of the design is still copyright to me even after purchase
please do not alter the original artwork of the design beyond colourswapping
if changes are necessary, i can edit the file for a fee
